as coordinating the shipping and storage of your products prior to and
after the close of our trade show.

Liability Insurance
ABC Kids Expo Exhibitors are required to obtain General Liability Insurance to cover the dates from move-in to move-out (October 11 - 19, 2012) General Liability insurance coverage must be at a minimum one million ($1,000,000) dollars per occurrence, two million ($2,000,000) dollars aggregate and list All Baby and Child as an additional insured. This is required to protect you, the exhibitor, from any losses that may occur during the show. Please do not include automotive insurance unless you are planning to have an automobile as part of your booth exhibit.
