Fern Expositon & Events is the official drayage, decorating and electrical company for the 2019 All Baby and Child Spring Educational Conference and Trade Show, and will have staff on-site to handle your related needs. They can provide you with information on all aspects of decorating and applying fixtures to your show booth space as well as coordinating the shipping and storage of your products prior to and after the close of our trade show. Liability Insurance
All Baby and Child Spring Educational Conference Exhibitors are required to obtain General Liability Insurance to cover the dates from move-in to move-out (April 29 - May 4, 2019) General Liability insurance coverage must be at a minimum one million ($1,000,000) dollars per occurrence, two million ($2,000,000) dollars aggregate and list All Baby and Child as an additional insured. This is required to protect you, the exhibitor, from any losses that may be incurred during the show.
