POLICY ACCEPTANCE
|
As
an applicant to exhibit at the 2012 All Baby & Child Spring Educational
Conference, I agree to abide by the show rules and regulations as
set forth by the All Baby & Child Board of Directors and adhere
to the policies mandated by the South Point Convention
Center and booth guidelines as set forth and which will be provided
by the IAEE.
As an exhibitor at the 2012 All Baby & Child Spring Educational
Conference, I agree that I will not exhibit any of my products at
any location in Las Vegas or the surrounding area during the conference dates, setup dates or teardown dates. Violation of this policy
will result in immediate loss of booth space at future All Baby
& Child events and forfeiture of all monies paid for said booth
space.
Exhibit space will be assigned by show management. All Baby & Child
reserves the right to change the floor plan without notice. I further
agree that I have been made aware of the booth cancellation dates
and policies regarding booth deposit and full booth payment and
will abide by those policies. Deposits are non-refundable. Booth
cost is non-refundable after March 15, 2012.
