Product
You can ship material either directly to the show site, or to the Fern Exposition and Events warehouse. If you ship to the warehouse, Fern Exposition will store your
materials for up to 30 days prior to the show, and will deliver them to
your booth prior to the scheduled exhibitor set-up period on your first day of move-in (schedule permitting).
Shipments may arrive at the warehouse from March 23rd through April 23, 2012.
Before or after these dates, surcharges will apply.
Warehouse hours are Mon - Fri, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Shipments may arrive at the show site beginning on April 25, 2012.

Material handling is the unloading of your exhibit materials, delivery
to your booth, handling of empty containers to and from storage, and removal
of your materials from your booth for reloading onto your outbound carriers.
(Not to be confused with the cost to transport your exhibit material to
and from the event)
Hand
Carrying Merchandise
Exhibitors are allowed to hand carry material to/from their exhibit space,
subject to the following:
Hand carry is defined as small items such as cartons and packages that an exhibitor is able to carry.
- Any mechanical assistance is limited to a small dolly.
- The assistance of any motorized device or pallet jack is not permitted.
- When exhibitors choose to “hand carry” they may not access designated material handling areas.
- Must use specified exhibitor hand carry areas or main entrance of the facility.
- In all other circumstances items should be considered material handling.
- Vehicles may not be left unattended outside the Exhibit Hall
- Only personal vehicles (No trailers, rental trucks, bob-tail trucks, etc.)
In no circumstance is any exhibitor authorized to use Fern material handling equipment for any purpose.
If
this is how you choose to manage your freight and merchandise, plan on
a congested parking area (first come first served) and a long walk.

Discounted freight rates are available to ABC Kids Expo exhibitors through Fern Exposition and Events.

Marshaling
Yard Procedures
Fern Exposition and Event Services will not be using a marshalling yard and will be in control of the dock space at the South Point Exhibit Hall. Please have your driver check in with the Fern Dock Manager to be directed to a dock or shown a temporary parking spot. If you
